For nearly two decades, Troy & Schwartz, LLC, has represented individuals and business entities in Miami and South Florida as well as throughout the State of Florida in legal matters involving Personal Injury Law, Business Law, Criminal Defense, and Traffic Violations. Examples of transactional matters include drafting legal documents for use by a business (e.g., supplier agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial lease agreements, and documents related to the sale/purchase of a business) and obtaining protection of intellectual property rights through the drafting and filing of trademark applications and patent applications before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. From prosecuting both patent and trademark applications to drafting and negotiating complex business contracts, our goal is to help businesses thrive, and at the same time, help reduce the possibility of costly legal problems down the road.
